Materials:
1 glass of chickpeas
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of parsley
A pinch of coriander
1 tablespoon of chili powder 1 teaspoon of
black pepper
1 teaspoon of cumin
2-3 tablespoons of flour
Salt
For the sauce:
1 glass of strained yogurt
Juice of half a lemon
1 tablespoon of tahini
How is it done?
Peel and chop the onions and garlic.
Separate the leaves of parsley and coriander.
Add all the ingredients except the flour to the rondo and pull it so that it does not turn into a puree.
Then add 2 or 3 tablespoons of flour and knead.
Take walnut-sized pieces from the mixture you prepared and fry them in deep oil.
For the sauce; In a bowl, mix the tahini, lemon juice and yogurt well.
When your sauce is ready, you can pour it over the falafels or serve it as a sauce on the side.
